6. Service Fulfillment & CRM Usage
Advanced Digital Experts, LLC does not provide or engage in physical product fulfillment and does not maintain any third-party product fulfillment agreements. All services provided by Advanced Digital Experts are digital in nature, including but not limited to marketing strategy, website development, digital advertising, automation configuration, and customer management systems.
CRM-related functionality is implemented exclusively as part of ADX's core service engagements to support lead generation, customer communication, follow-up automation, and business operations. CRM tools are not sold as standalone software licenses and are always configured within the context of an active service relationship.
All CRM usage and associated services are governed under the applicable client agreement, which may include a Statement of Work (SOW), a service agreement, or a monthly marketing and website services contract. 7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
